America Speeding Into 21st Century Without a Roadmap

Not one Muslim participated in forming the United States of America. But today, over 1,000 mosques rise into the skies over U.S. cities where 2.3 million Muslims colonize America with their religion and 6th century rituals such as female genital mutilation. A look toward Europe shows Islam infiltrating civilized nations like England, Belgium, France and Holland—but then turns them into seething infernos of racial tension, ghettos and riots.

TWO 'ACTS' OF TYRANNY ON THE SAME DAY!

On October 17, 2006, 'a date which will live in infamy' . . . there were two acts of tyranny committed. The first was a public signing of the 'Military Commissions Act of 2006' which suspended habeas corpus allowing the president to declare you an 'enemy combatant' and end your rights to seek legal or judicial relief from unlawful imprisonment.

The second act of tyranny took place in a private Oval Office ceremony, in which the president signed into law the 'John Warner National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) of 2007' which essentially eliminates the protections of the Posse Comitatus Act and re-wrote the Insurrection Act. The NDAA will allow the president to declare a 'public emergency' and take control of state-based National Guard units without the consent of the governor or local authorities, in order to 'suppress public disorder'!

Constitutional Lawyers . . . Where Are You?

Of course all lawyers are very busy, but there's a significant issue that needs your attention which could be of substantive legal import regarding the creation of a Mexican customs office which is planned for the KC SmartPort. It will stand on American soil as part of the federal government's Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP), a stealthful mega-project being developed under the aegis of the Department of Commerce. Supposedly, the Kansas City SmartPort agreement will allow Mexico to claim 'sovereign territory' on American soil and arrogantly fly their Mexican national flag over it.

SPP Myths vs. Facts

The SPP.gov website has tried to counter We the People's opposition to the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) by publishing a rebuttal titled: Myths vs. Facts.

Note, item number one on their list which states:

Myth: The SPP was an agreement signed by Presidents Bush and his Mexican and Canadian counterparts in Waco, TX, on March 23, 2005.

Fact: The SPP is a dialogue to increase security and enhance prosperity among the three countries. The SPP is NOT an agreement nor is it a treaty. In fact, no agreement was EVER signed.

Their 'fact' does not hold up under scrutiny. It is basically a BALD-FACED LIE! It is propaganda in its boldest form. How do I know? Because on a Canadian government website there was a statement made and signed by Prime Minister Martin which declares the following: "on March 23, President Bush, President Fox and I SIGNED the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America that establishes the way forward on our continental agenda for security, prosperity and quality of life."
